IMPORTANT NOTICE!!To: Homeowners, Landlords, Real Estate Agents In 1989, in order to Further ensure the health and safety of the community, Kidder Township adopted Ordinance #80, an ordinance which in part, requires the annual inspection of all homes or housing units which are rented to others on either short or long term basis. In addition, Ordinance 80 provides that a Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained from the Township prior to any resale or rental use. Applications for inspections are available at the Township office or they are available to download and print here on the Website under Forms. A fee of $35.00 per unit inspection shall be charged. A 2nd Inspection will be conducted at no charge. If a third inspection is required a fee of $50.00 shall be charged.
